目的探讨多媒体显微分析系统用于小儿呼吸道肺炎支原体(MP)感染的早期快速诊断及其准确性。方法疑似MP感染的呼吸道疾病患儿100例,将患儿咽部分泌物加适量生理盐水稀释,置于多媒体显微分析系统下直接进行支原体活体观察,发现白细胞的核显示不清,内有数量不等、不能消化、涌动活跃的支原体,即判断为阳性。同时用免疫方法检测血清MP抗体(MP-IgM),观察二者的符合率。结果多媒体显微分析系统仪对MP检出率为67.0%,血清MP-IgM检出率为46.0%。以血清学结果为标准,前者的灵敏度为82.6%、特异度为46.3%、假阳性率为53.7%、假阴性率为17.4%。结论应用多媒体显微分析系统检测技术,早期快速诊断小儿呼吸道MP感染,其灵敏度高,但特异性相对低,必须根据临床病情进行综合分析,做出正确诊断及治疗。
Objective To investigate the early rapid diagnosis and accuracy of multi-media microscopic analysis system for respiratory infection of Mycoplasma pneumoniae in children. Methods 100 cases of children with respiratory diseases suspected of MP infection were treated with diluted pharyngeal secretions and normal saline, placed in a micro-analysis system for direct observation of mycoplasma and found that the white blood cells showed unclear nuclei, Not equal, can not digest, surging active Mycoplasma, that is judged as positive. At the same time, serum MP antibody (MP-IgM) was detected by immunoassay, and the coincidence rate was observed. Results The detection rate of MP was 67.0% and that of serum MP-IgM was 46.0%. Serological results as a standard, the former sensitivity was 82.6%, specificity was 46.3%, false positive rate was 53.7%, false negative rate was 17.4%. Conclusion Multimedia microscopic analysis system detection technology, early rapid diagnosis of respiratory tract infection in children with MP, its high sensitivity, but the specificity is relatively low, we must conduct a comprehensive analysis of clinical conditions, to make the correct diagnosis and treatment.
