The essay explores the elements of space poetics in the critical war and traumatic experience of Alfred der Bulin in Berlin’s Alexanderplatz and Austeriecz in W.G. Zerbald. This poetics is characterized by the observation of urban space in a time-oriented dimension and the conversion of different places into media of memory. In these places, individual and collective memories converge. As memory and exciters of memory, urban space has also become the starting point of literature in constructing a kind of memorized text integrating trauma and space-time.
