为进一步了解干燥综合征的病因 ,作者用 EL ISA法检测了干燥综合征患者的泪腺和血中的白介素 2 (IL- 2 ) ,白介素 2受体 (IL- 2 R) ,白介素 6 (IL- 6 ) ,白介素 6受体 (IL- 6 R) ,并与正常人相比较。结果 :干燥综合征患者泪腺中的 IL- 2 ,IL- 2 R,IL- 6 R的含量比正常人明显升高 ,其血中的 IL- 2 ,IL- 2 R有改变。以上显示 ,干燥综合征患者泪腺中的白介素升高及血中的白介素的改变与该病的免疫性炎症反应有关。
To further understand the causes of Sjogren’s syndrome, the authors used the EL ISA method to detect the lacrimal gland and blood interleukin-2 (IL-2), interleukin-2 receptor (IL-2 R), interleukin-6 (IL- 6), interleukin 6 receptor (IL-6R), and compared with normal humans. Results: The levels of IL-2, IL-2 R and IL-6 R in lacrimal glands of patients with Sjogren’s syndrome were significantly higher than those in normal subjects. The levels of IL-2 and IL-2 R in blood were changed. The above shows that the elevation of interleukin in the lacrimal gland and the change of interleukin in the blood of patients with Sjogren’s syndrome are related to the immune inflammatory response of the disease.
