创建学习型发电企业的五大障碍 1、认识上的障碍。一方面认为发电企业有几十年的管理经验,也有较成功的管理方法,且取得了较好的成效,没有必要劳神费力创建学习型企业;另一方面将创建学习型企业装门面,走过场,追求形式主义。指望一蹴而就,不愿做艰苦细致的工作。 2、行动上的障碍。一是思想上认为有必要,但行动上下不了决心,犹豫不决;二是借口工作忙,任务重,工程大,没时间;三是遇到困难,打退堂鼓,半途而废等等。 3、组织上的障碍。一是领导口头重视,实际操作不重视,只落实在口头上和文件上,没有落实到行动上;
