以10~(-3)M、pH3.0的叠氮化钠(NaN_3)以及γ射线20kR、30kR分别处理两个水稻品种的纯净种子,对各个处理的诱变效力作了相对比较,获得下列结果: 1.在M_1幼苗生长和存活受损程度大致相等的情况下,NaN_3诱发的叶绿素实变频率以及可见的形态与生理突变频率均高于γ射线。 2.NaN_3处理去壳种子较之处理未去壳种子的诱变力显著增强。 3.在M_1穗水平上,NaN_3诱发多位点突变的机率高于γ射线,但突变扇形体较小。 4.两个供试品种对NaN_3的敏感性有所差别。文中对上述结果作了讨论。
The pure seeds of two rice cultivars were treated with sodium azide (NaN 3) of 10 -3 M, pH 3.0 and γ-rays of 20 kR and 30 kR, respectively. The mutagenic efficacy of each treatment was compared with each other to obtain the following Results: 1. The frequency of NaN_3-induced chlorophyll consolidation and the frequency of morphological and physiological mutations were all higher than those of γ-rays under the similar growth and survival damage of M_1 seedlings. 2.NaN_3 treatment significantly improved the mutagenicity of dehulled seeds compared with untreated seeds. At the level of M_1 panicle, NaN_3 induced multi-site mutation rate is higher than γ ray, but the mutation sector smaller. The sensitivity of two tested varieties to NaN_3 is different. The article discussed the above results.
