我们应用流式细胞术对35例大肠癌术后标本进行了DNA含量分析。结果表明,异倍体肿瘤占62.9%(22/35),二倍体肿瘤占37.1%(13/35),与以往文献报道相符;二倍体肿瘤的DNA含量明显低于异倍体肿瘤;二倍体肿瘤的G0/G1期细胞数明显高于异倍体肿瘤,而S、G2M期细胞数则明显低于异倍体肿瘤。这说明,DNA的倍体水平可作为大肠癌诊断及判断预后的一项辅助指标。
We used flow cytometry to analyze the DNA content of 35 colorectal cancer postoperative specimens. The results showed that aneuploid tumors accounted for 62.9% (22/35) and diploid tumors accounted for 37.1% (13/35), which was consistent with previous reports; DNA content of diploid tumors was significantly lower than The number of G0/G1 phase cells of diploid tumors was significantly higher than that of aneuploid tumors, while the number of S and G2M phase cells was significantly lower than that of aneuploid tumors. This shows that the ploidy level of DNA can be used as an auxiliary indicator for the diagnosis and prognosis of colorectal cancer.
