我国职业教育走过了一条依靠政策推进到依靠政策与法律共同推进的发展道路。法律规定可操作性的匮乏、办学体制的束缚以及社会主流价值观的负面影响,都使得当下中国的职业教育身陷困境之中。为了实现我国职业教育的法治化,应当从法律与政策关系的调适、政府角色的定位、社会力量参与的规范、职业教育平等理念的传播等方面进行努力。
Vocational education in our country has gone through a road of development relying on policies to advance jointly by policies and laws. The lack of maneuverability by law, the shackles of the school-running system, and the negative impact of mainstream social values all make China’s vocational education now in a dilemma. In order to realize the legalization of vocational education in our country, efforts should be made from the adjustment of the relationship between law and policy, the positioning of the government’s role, the standardization of the participation of social forces and the dissemination of the concept of equality in vocational education.
