For many years color design has been used in a variety of products, but the details are rarely published in public. For most new models to establish the color of the research project, which improve the car’s exterior design has an important role. But what are the strategies and philosophies hidden in color design? The group’s mission is to research and recommend sound color designs for automobile manufacturers in Japan and other countries and, if necessary, conduct joint development studies. Based on the CDC in Tokyo, the group conducted a global color creation project with two foreign counterparts: CDSA in the United States and CDSE in Europe - focusing on overall design and color proposals . Here will be the appearance of the car body color development process as an example to illustrate the work of these color scholars.
