目的研究Th22细胞及其细胞因子IL22在职业性低水平甲醛接触人群中的表达,并探讨其与甲醛所致职业性变应性接触性皮炎(OACD)发病的关系。方法选取104例职业性甲醛接触人群(接触量<职业接触限值OEL)及90例健康对照人群纳入研究,通过流式细胞术(FCM)检测外周血IL22~+T细胞亚型及其比例,酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清IL22水平,分析两组之间的差异,及其与嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)计数的关系。结果职业甲醛接触组外周血CD3~+CD8~-IL22~+细胞百分比高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(1.95±0.225%vs 0.64±0.081%,P<0.05);外周血中尚存在少量CD3~+CD8~+IL22~+细胞,职业甲醛接触组CD3~+CD8~+IL22~+细胞百分比也高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(0.53±0.053%vs 0.15±0.024%,P<0.05)。外周血CD3~+CD8~-IL22~+细胞百分比与EOS计数呈正相关(r=0.460,P<0.05)。职业甲醛接触组血清IL22水平高于健康对照组,但差异无统计学意义(6.05±0.834pg/ml vs 5.65±1.310pg/ml,P>0.05)。结论职业性低水平甲醛接触人群外周血IL22~+T细胞增多,包括CD8~-T细胞及CD8~+T细胞,但血清IL22水平无明显升高,IL22~+T细胞增多可能为甲醛所致的早期改变,可能与甲醛所致OACD发病有关。
Objective To investigate the expression of Th22 cells and its cytokine IL22 in low-level occupational exposure to formaldehyde in humans and to explore its relationship with the development of occupational allergic contact dermatitis (OACD) caused by formaldehyde. Methods 104 cases of occupational formaldehyde exposure (contact exposure 0.05). Conclusion The levels of IL22 ~ + T cells, including CD8 ~ -T cells and CD8 ~ + T cells, in peripheral blood of occupationally low level of formaldehyde exposure group are increased, but serum IL22 levels are not significantly increased, and the increase of IL22 ~ + T cells may be caused by formaldehyde The early changes may be related to the incidence of OACD caused by formaldehyde.
