产权式商铺,是西方发达国家曾经流行的一种房产投资方式。商铺业主出于投资目的,将产权商铺通过发展商或第三方公司整体委托品牌经营商进行统一经营,商铺业主获得定期定额的投资回报。碧溪家居广场由北京碧溪广场有限公司投资兴建。在“产权式商铺”的诱惑下,吸收业主的资金高达7亿余元。2008年10月,碧溪公司的法人代表、财务经理、销售总监等高管分别获刑,罪名是非法吸收公众存款。在全国,因销售“产权式商铺”而获罪的,碧溪家居广场当属首例。
