本文进一步较深入的研究了RC耦合放大电路的图解,给出了电路中晶体管和各元件上的电压、电流关系及相互关系。由于在图解中找出了R_L的负载线,因而进一步克服了像射极输出器,倒相器等电路中不得不用试探法选工作点的问题。文中指出了最大集电极损耗曲线的切线可做为最大动态范围时的交流负载线的理由,因此当E_C、R_L、P_(CM)为已知数时,本文提供了选择电阻R_C的有效方法。
In this paper, a more in-depth study of the RC coupling amplifier circuit diagram, given the transistor and the circuit voltage and current components of the relationship and their relationship. Since the load line of R_L is found in the diagram, the problem of having to select the working point by heuristics like the emitter follower, the inverter, etc. is further overcome. This paper points out that the tangent of the maximum collector loss curve can be used as the AC load line in the maximum dynamic range. So when E_C, R_L and P_ (CM) are known numbers, this paper provides an effective method to select the resistor R_C.
