用电解铝液为原料直接生产铝合金板带材,在我国已经有许多年的生产实践,而且取得了很好的节能减排效果。不过,在获得巨大成就和收益的同时,遇到的问题和困难也不少,如电解铝液的净化问题、带材表面质量问题和铸嘴处的拥堵问题等。对此,最佳的解决方案之一是引进消化吸收美国先进成熟的高科技工艺——哈兹列特连铸连轧工艺,其不仅能够实现节能减排的目的,而且可以确保板带材产品质量。
