为了将宽厚板连铸机振动伺服缸内泄量有效地控制在规定的范围内,对连铸机振动伺服缸内泄量的主要影响因素进行了分析,发现振动伺服缸内泄量的变化趋势与FDA数据记录软件在线监测采集到的伺服阀开口度、压力以及伺服缸位移曲线存在着密切关系,可利用此数据做出伺服缸内泄量的趋势图。利用该趋势图判断伺服缸内泄量是否超标,从而提出可行的应对方案。
