表面粗糙度非接触式测量仪器的研究已有一段时间了,在对光学纤维、电磁感应以及激光散射等各种测量方法进行的试验已取得初步成功。最近,国际激光金属加工公司(以色列)打算采用一种表面粗糙度激光检测仪。这种仪器操作简便,且精确、灵敏。其基本原理如下:一块单一的透镜将激光聚焦成一束射向被检测物表面,然后检测反向散射光线。经表面反射,大部分反向散射光线位于光点聚焦平面上,而较少反向散射光线位于该平面的上方
Surface roughness Non-contact measuring instruments have been studied for some time, and preliminary tests have been made on various measurement methods such as optical fiber, electromagnetic induction and laser light scattering. Recently, the international laser metal processing company (Israel) intends to use a surface roughness laser detector. The instrument is easy to operate, precise and sensitive. The basic principle is as follows: A single lens focuses the laser beam to the surface of the object to be detected, and then detects the backscattered light. After surface reflection, most of the backscattered light is on the spot focal plane and less backscattered light is above the plane
