多连杆压力机相对普通曲柄压力机有快速接近工件、低速加工、慢速脱模、快速回升的优点。本文对多连杆压力机传动系统进行建模,分析了传动系统各参数对多连杆压力机滑块运动规律的影响。介绍了一种优化设计方法:根据客户对拉深过程中的滑块速度提出的特殊要求,在我公司生产的多连杆机械压力机STPL-500标准机器传动机构的基础上,利用SCILAB遗传算法工具箱进行多目标优化设计。列举了优化实例,并对比优化前后的滑块行程、滑块速度、传动角曲线及现场调试结果来说明其优化效果。
Multi-link presses relatively common crank presses have fast access to the workpiece, low-speed machining, slow stripping, the advantages of rapid recovery. In this paper, the multi-link press transmission system is modeled, and the influence of various parameters of the transmission system on the movement of the multi-link press slide is analyzed. An optimized design method is introduced according to the special requirements of the customers for the speed of the slider in the drawing process. Based on the STPL-500 standard machine transmission mechanism produced by our company, the SCILAB genetic algorithm Toolbox for multi-objective optimization design. The optimization examples are listed and the optimization results are compared with the slider travel, slider speed, transmission angle curve and on-site debugging before and after optimization.
