目的:合成高质量的胶体金标记抗甲基苯丙胺复合物,以应用于能检测吸毒人员尿液中是否含有甲基苯丙胺的胶体金试纸条。方法:用柠檬酸三钠还原法制备胶体金,用抗甲基苯丙胺单克隆抗体标记胶体金。结果:成功制备了直径约20 nm颗粒均一的胶体金,进一步制备了高质量的胶体金标记抗甲基苯丙胺复合物。结论:制备的胶体金标记抗甲基苯丙胺复合物活性较好,能用于检测甲基苯丙胺的胶体金试纸条。
OBJECTIVE: To synthesize high-quality colloidal gold labeled anti-methamphetamine complex for application in colloidal gold test strips for detecting the presence of methamphetamine in the urine of drug addicts. METHODS: Colloidal gold was prepared by reduction with sodium citrate, and colloidal gold was labeled with anti-methamphetamine monoclonal antibody. RESULTS: Colloidal gold with a diameter of about 20 nm was successfully prepared and a high quality colloidal gold labeled anti-methamphetamine complex was prepared. CONCLUSION: The colloidal gold labeled anti-methamphetamine complex has good activity and can be used for the detection of methamphetamine colloidal gold test strips.
