调查研究是谋事之基、成事之道,是办公室的一项重要工作,也是秘书人员参与政务的重要途径。在新形势下,如何提高调研水平,为领导实施正确决策、科学决策提供信息服务,是办公室亟待研究和解决的重大课题。笔者认为,调研工作应与时俱进,把握好“四性”,才能达到最终目的,发挥其应 Investigation and research are the basis for seeking a job and the way to accomplish things.
