民航安全生产隐患排查治理对民航各单位加强安全管理、提高航空安全品质和水准起到了重要作用,但在具体工作过程中也存在组织管理不到位、隐患识别不准、风险控制力度不够、档案管理混乱等问题。针对这些问题,从政府加强领导、企业完善组织管理、部门协调配合、提高隐患识别的科学性、完善治理方案、强化专家检查、加大执法力度方面着手,可以在较大程度上提高隐患排查治理工作的效率,从而建立隐患排查治理长效机制,实现安全管理的持续改进。
