应用透射电镜和扫描电镜观察了日本血吸虫(Schistosomajaponicum)未成熟虫卵卵壳的超微结构。初产期和胚胎期虫卵卵壳形态结构相似,均有形态多样的微管道贯通卵壳内外,管道内含一些分泌颗粒,管壁由单位膜构成;致密的微棘沿卵壳均匀分布,微棘纵切呈长三角形,横切呈星形,中央有小空腔;卵壳由电子密度低且较厚的外层和电子密度高且较薄的内层构成;卵壳表面有丰富的网样纤维基质。推测卵壳的微管道、微棘和网样纤维基质的形成时期是同步的,皆在雌虫卵模内形成。本文讨论了微管道的结构、功能与意义。

Speculated eggshell microtubules, micro-spines and mesh-like fibrous matrix formation period is synchronized, are formed in the female egg mold. This article discusses the structure, function and significance of micro-pipes.
