本文报道了如何用自组装技术在银表面构筑直立的单壁碳纳米管阵列。将化学气相沉积合成 (CVD)的单壁碳纳米管在混酸 (浓硫酸 浓硝酸 =3 1 )中氧化使其在末端开口处带有羧基 ,利用羧基在银表面的成盐自组装来制备单壁碳纳米管阵列。结果表明 ,碳纳米管可有效地固定并直立在银表面。直立在银表面上的碳纳米管长度约在 60~ 2 0 0nm。
This article reports how to use self-assembly techniques to build upright single-walled carbon nanotube arrays on silver surfaces. Single-walled carbon nanotubes of chemical vapor deposition (CVD) are oxidized in a mixed acid (concentrated nitric acid = concentrated) to have a carboxyl group at the terminal opening, and a single-crystal carbon nanotube Wall carbon nanotube array. The results show that carbon nanotubes can be effectively fixed and upright on the silver surface. The length of carbon nanotubes standing on the silver surface is about 60 ~ 200 nm.
