烟台二建公司于1994年初经上级政府批准正式改组为股份制企业。随着企业的转轨改制,我们从公司的实际情况出发,先后制定了一系列改革配套措施,尤其是实行经营目标分档升级责任制,强化了内部激励机制,量化了考核标准,增强了可操作性,较好地克服了经营承包中存在的缺陷和不足,真正体现了按效取酬,调动了各分公司创利的积极性,促进了企业经济效益的持续增长,为企业的发展注入了新的活力。
Yantai Second Construction Co., Ltd. was officially reorganized into a joint-stock company with the approval of the higher government in early 1994.
