该文通过对深圳国贸大厦火灾事故的鉴定,发现应急照明电源的进口密封铅酸电池因时间长出现不能充电故障;备用发电机电源未能及时投入;防排烟系统的送风装置设在地下夹层,火灾时烟气窜入夹层,影响新风质量;保温材料不阻燃,且燃烧产生有毒气体;伸缩缝的防火堵塞不力。由此总结了高层建筑电气设计中应采取的措施,包括采用集中供电式应急电源系统装置来确保应急灯用电,保证柴油发电机组应急备用电源及时投入,并对防排烟系统、保温材料及伸缩缝堵塞等问题提出改进措施。
