二氧化碳气体保护下电弧焊是焊接技术中的最新成就之一,近年来已引起世界各国广泛的注意。随着我国机械工业的高速度發展,采用这种焊接方法具有重大的经济意义。为結合当前生产需要,由第一机械工业部机械制造与工艺科学研究院、江南造船厂、沪东造船厂、上海钢铁公司中心试验室、交通大学及上海船舶制造学校等六單位组成研究小组,对CO_2气体保护下熔化电极焊接低碳钢的课題进行了試验。
Under the protection of carbon dioxide gas shielded arc welding technology is one of the latest achievements in recent years has caused widespread attention in all countries in the world. With the rapid development of China’s machinery industry, the adoption of this welding method has great economic significance. In order to meet the current production needs, the research team composed of six units including Machinery Manufacturing and Process Science Research Institute of the First Ministry of Machinery Industry, Jiangnan Shipyard, Hudong Shipyard, Shanghai Steel Corporation Central Laboratory, Jiaotong University and Shanghai Shipbuilding School, Carbon dioxide gas under the protection of melting electrode welding low-carbon steel project was tested.
