开设这个栏目的想法,萌发于去年10月间。当时我们收到了寄自漳州新龙城市信用社的一本印刷精美、并不厚的书,书中收集了新龙信用社开展的一次别开生面的征文比赛活动的成果;细读“编者的话”和附于书中“关于学习《变不可能为可能》的征文通知”,方知原委;新龙信用社负责人林进荣同志读到本刊去年第7期编发的一篇短文《变不可能为可能》(讲的是日本几家公司同时看中一块宝地,费尽周折仍不达目的,却在其中一个企业女职员的一次亲切服务中得以促成的故事),拍案叫好之余,认为文章对启发本社职工提高优质服务意识具有非常现实的意义,遂郑重提议向职工推荐;接着下发“征文通知”;引发全社职工共鸣后,一篇篇生动感人的以爱岗敬业为主题的文章写出来了,精篇成书……我们在共享这份“精神产品”的同时,也为自己的工作得到回报而倍感欣慰!这说明,《领导文萃》是由编者与读者一道办起来的杂志,读者与编者均为此付出了努力。增加一个勾通渠道,对于广泛听取读者意见和建议、加强联系和交流、把握办刊动态与回应都有好处。其实,从办刊的第一天起,这种“双向交流”也就开始了;专避一个栏目,加重这种交流的份量与透明度,乃是杂志发展之必然。
