目的分析PBL模式在老年心血管内科教学查房中的应用价值。方法选取2015年度某院老年心内科住院医师和主治医师28人,采用PBL模式进行教学查房1年,年终统一参加全院年度理论考试和实践技能考核,并与采用传统模式教学查房的2014年度考核成绩进行比较。同时采用问卷调查形式评估医师对于教学查房效果的评价。结果与传统模式教学查房相比,PBL模式教学查房医师理论知识考核成绩(89.5±5.0 vs.85.4±5.6,P=0.005)和实践技能考核成绩(92.1±3.5 vs.82.7±3.1,P<0.001)明显提高。满意度调查显示医师对于PBL模式教学查房整体质量的评价满意率达到100%。结论 PBL模式教学查房有助于住院医师和主治医师的理论知识的学习和临床操作能力的掌握,显著提高教学查房的质量。
Objective To analyze the value of PBL in the teaching of cardiology in elderly patients. Methods A total of 28 residents and attending physicians in the aged cardiology department of a hospital in 2015 were enrolled in this study. PBL mode was adopted to conduct teaching ward rounds for 1 year. The year-end uniforms participated in the annual theoretical examination and practical skills examination of the hospital. Annual examination results for comparison. At the same time, the form of questionnaire was used to evaluate the evaluation of physician’s teaching ward rounds. Results Compared with the traditional teaching ward round, PBL model teaching physician theoretical knowledge test scores (89.5 ± 5.0 vs.85.4 ± 5.6, P = 0.005) and practical skills test scores (92.1 ± 3.5 vs.82.7 ± 3.1, P <0.001) increased significantly. Satisfaction survey showed that doctors satisfied with the overall quality of teaching PBL model teaching satisfaction rate of 100%. Conclusions The PBL model teaching ward helps to master the academic knowledge and clinical operation ability of residents and attending physicians, and significantly improves the quality of teaching ward rounds.
