随着二十一世纪知识经济的迅速增长,人才资源已经是组织发展的核心战略资源之一。而作为存储人才信息的重要方法,管理好人事档案的意义也越来越重大。人事档案成为了发现和选择人才的重要参照,管理和使用好人事档案有利于人力资源的开发。我国目前的人事档案管理在人力资源的开发过程中还存在的一些问题,对此,笔者提出相应的有效解决对策,希望能够有利于人事档案管理工作走上正确的发展道路。
With the rapid growth of the knowledge economy in the 21st century, human resources have become one of the core strategic resources for the development of an organization. As an important way to store talent information, the significance of managing personnel files is also getting more and more important. Personnel file has become an important reference for the discovery and selection of personnel, management and use of personnel files is conducive to the development of human resources. In our country, there are still some problems existing in the personnel file management in the process of human resources development. To this end, the author puts forward the corresponding effective solution to the problem, hoping to take the right path of development in the personnel file management.
