氟是人类和动物机体生命活动所必须的一种微量元素,氟具有着多种生理功能,但是氟元素的过量摄入会对人类和动物机体各组织器官可造成不同程度的损伤~([1,2])。本研究通过造模的方法获得氟中毒大鼠,对其心脏组织功能和形态学变化进行研究观察以期为氟中毒的病理机制研究提供参考,进而为氟中毒的防治提供理论依据,现将研究内容做如下报道。1资料与方法1.1实验动物及分组选择40只健康SD大鼠,3~4
