东营市作为黄河三角洲开发战略的中心城市,其经济发展的核心和关键是高效生态。近年来东营市从优化发展空间布局、构筑生态产业体系、发展循环经济等方面发展高效生态经济,探索区域经济与生态环境同发展的新路,实现了环境与经济的双赢。本文通过总结近年来东营市高效生态文明建设的经验,提出了进一步推进黄河三角洲高效生态经济发展的主要思路。
As the central city of the Yellow River Delta development strategy, Dongying City, with its core of economic development and its key to efficient ecology, is Dongying City. In recent years, Dongying City has developed an efficient eco-economy from the perspective of optimizing the spatial layout of its development, building an eco-industrial system, and developing a recycling economy. It has also explored a new road of regional economy and ecological environment with development, and achieved a win-win environment and economy. By summarizing the experience of efficient ecological civilization construction in Dongying City in recent years, this paper puts forward the main ideas to further promote the efficient eco-economic development in the Yellow River Delta.
