目的 观察铁缺乏条件下青霉素对大鼠畸变产物耳声发射 (DPOAE)的影响。方法 将 48只健康哺乳期 Wistar大鼠 ,随机分成 A、B、C、D四组 ,每组各 12只。A、B两组正常喂养 ,C、D两组缺铁喂养 ,复制缺铁模型。4周后 ,B、D两组腹腔注射青霉素 (10 0万 U/ kg,每天 2次 ,共 14d) ,A、C两组腹腔注射等容积生理盐水 ,停药后第 1,15天每组各随机取 6只测 DPOAE。结果 缺铁青霉素组平均DPOAE幅值曲线停药 1d后 1,2 k Hz两频率点较同期缺铁对照组下移 (P<0 .0 5 )。停药 15 d后平均DPOAE幅值曲线 0 .7~ 8k Hz频率段较同期各组明显下降 (P<0 .0 1) ,且在 2 ,4k Hz两点处 DPOAE幅值曲线引不出。结论 青霉素可使缺铁大鼠 DPOAE大鼠幅值下降和引出率减低
Objective To observe the effect of penicillin on the distortion product otoacoustic emissions (DPOAE) in rats with iron deficiency. Methods Forty-eight healthy Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups (A, B, C and D), 12 in each. A, B two groups of normal feeding, C, D two groups of iron-fed, replicate iron deficiency model. Four weeks later, the mice in groups B and D were given intraperitoneal injection of penicillin (10 million U / kg twice a day for 14 days). The rats in groups A and C were injected intraperitoneally with equal volume of normal saline. On the 1st and 15th days after stopping, Six randomly measured DPOAE. Results The average amplitude of DPOAE in the penicillin-treated group was lower than that of the control group at 1 and 2 k Hz after 1 day of withdrawal (P <0.05). After discontinuation for 15 days, the mean amplitude of DPOAE in the frequency range from 0.7 to 8 kHz decreased significantly (P <0.01), and the amplitude of DPOAE at two points at 2 and 4 kHz was not observed. Conclusion Penicillin can decrease the amplitude and lead rate of DPOAE rats with iron deficiency
