本院自1979年9月至1987年6月用放疗和射频综合治疗骨及软组织肉瘤共计70例。其中手术切除组32例,肿瘤未切除组38例。 病种分类: 纤维肉瘤19例,滑膜肉瘤10例,成骨肉瘤、横纹肌肉瘤各7例,软骨肉瘤5例,脂肪肉瘤4例,平滑肌肉瘤,恶性间皮瘤、血管外皮瘤各2例,其它6例。 放疗:用~(60)钴治疗机,每次2Gy,每周5次,总量50Gy左右。 加温治疗:用射频治疗机,频率为13.56MH_2,输出功率1000w以内,两电极直径各15cm,每次治
A total of 70 cases of bone and soft tissue sarcomas were treated with radiotherapy and radiofrequency in our hospital from September 1979 to June 1987. Including 32 cases in the surgical resection group and 38 cases in the unresected tumor group. Classification of diseases: 19 cases of fibrosarcoma, 10 cases of synovial sarcoma, 7 cases of osteosarcoma, 7 cases of rhabdomyosarcoma, 5 cases of chondrosarcoma, 4 cases of liposarcoma, 2 cases of leiomyosarcoma, 2 cases of malignant mesothelioma, and 2 cases of hemangiopericytoma.
