化学灼伤系腐蚀性物质作用于接触部位引起组织破坏所致。皮肤、眼和消化道最易发生化学灼伤。常见的化学灼伤多是因揭开容器倾倒化学物时发生泼溅,或由于剧烈的化学反应及管道损漏引起喷溅等造成的。工业生产中易引起灼伤的化学物质有硫酸、盐酸、硝酸、氢氟酸、氢氧化钾和磷化钾。化学灼伤的严重程度取决于化学物质的种类、浓度、剂量、作用方式、接触时间等。化学灼伤程度可分四度: Ⅰ°灼伤——患处呈现红斑、水肿、有剧烈疼痛,但 Chemical burns corrosive substances in the contact area caused by tissue damage.
