班主任工作是基于情感的工作,是要倾注真情实感的工作。在班级管理中,一定会存在学生不理解、不配合的情况。及时沟通,适当时放下身段,放手让学生去管理,有时能达到事半功倍的效果。若班主任像家长那样包办所有事,最终引起了学生的反感,也没有给学生锻炼成长的机会。师生之间通过交心,互相理解,互相配合,最终达到了师生的和谐共处。
Class teacher work is based on the emotional work, is to pour out the true feelings of the work. In class management, there will be some cases that students do not understand and do not cooperate with.
