对板栗进行120℃低温蒸汽热处理,并比较了处理前后的物理力学性能。结果表明,低温蒸汽热处理后板栗材色无明显变化,含水率、密度及吸水性降低。干缩率和湿胀率明显下降,木材尺寸稳定性明显提高,抗胀(缩)率(ASE)达34%。木材主要力学性能略有升高。这说明低温蒸汽热处理在提高板栗尺寸稳定性的同时,不会降低木材的材色美观度及力学性能。
The chestnut was subjected to low temperature steam heat treatment at 120 ℃, and the physical and mechanical properties before and after treatment were compared. The results showed that there was no obvious change of chestnut color after low temperature steam heat treatment, and the moisture content, density and water absorption decreased. Dry shrinkage and wetting rate decreased significantly, wood dimensional stability improved significantly, anti-swelling (shrinkage) rate (ASE) of 34%. The main mechanical properties of wood slightly increased. This shows that low-temperature steam heat treatment to improve the dimensional stability of chestnut at the same time, does not reduce the wood color and aesthetics and mechanical properties.
