《乐元语》一书,又名《乐语》,篇卷不详。是书不见《汉书·艺文志》《隋书·经籍志》等唐前史志和私家书目著录;但见于《汉书》《白虎通》等引用,[宋]王应麟《汉艺文志考证》、[清]姚振宗《〈汉书·艺文志〉拾补》等据以补录。由于该书散佚已久,留存佚文甚少,加之不为目录所载,因此长期以来关于其著作权属、载体性质、佚文内容等问题存在颇多歧说,有必要加以考辨。一、《乐元语》的著作权属在现存文献中,《乐元语》一书最早为王莽诏书所提及。《汉书》卷二四《食货志上》云: “Music Yuan language,” a book, also known as “language”, volume unknown. Is the book does not see “Han Yi Wen Zhi” “Sui Shu · Ji Zhi Zhi” and other pre-Tang Shi Zhi and private bibliographic description; but found in the “Han” “Bai Hu Tong” and other references, [Song] Wang Yinglin “Han Yi Wen textual research” Qing] Yao Zhenzong “ Pick up” and so on according to the supplement. Since the book has been long lost and has few remaining librarians, as well as not contained in the catalog, there has been a long history of diverging opinions on issues such as copyright ownership, carrier nature, and content of lost articles, and it is necessary to examine this issue. First, the “Yue Yuanyu” copyright belongs to the existing literature, “Le Yuanyu” a book as early as Wang Mang edict mentioned. “Han” volume two four “foodstuffs on the” cloud:
