所谓修辞,就是适应特定的交际需要与情境,灵活巧妙地运用各种语言因素和表现技巧,恰当而有效地表达意旨,以取得最佳表达效果的一种手段。由于公文直接应用于实际、作用于现实,与一般文章修辞相比,公文修辞有它突出的特点和美学追求,要取得理想的修辞效果需作出艰苦的努力,需博学强识,具有多方面的知识与能力。一、公文修辞的特点公文的修辞特点概括起来有五个方面的内容:
