本文用运动学低能电子衍射(KLEED)及数据平均方法(CMTA)对Si(111)7×7表面结构进行了研究。经过对DAS和DACS模型的彻底优化,我们得到了和实验最相符合的DAS模型,并给出了该表面前五层原子的全部结构参数。
In this paper, kinetic low energy electron diffraction (KLEED) and data averaging method (CMTA) Si (111) 7 × 7 surface structure were studied. After thorough optimization of the DAS and DACS models, we obtained the most suitable DAS model for the experiment and gave all the structural parameters of the first five layers of the surface.
