现在对脑缺氧/缺血损伤的研究越来越多的采用海马脑片。在缺血/缺氧期间海马CAl区可记录到场电位的时相性变化。本文就这变化过程中出现的缺氧损伤电位的电生理特点、代表的意义、可能的机制以及它在实验中的运用作一综述。
Nowadays, more and more studies on cerebral hypoxia / ischemia injury use hippocampal slices. In the hippocampal CA1 region during ischemia / hypoxia can record the temporal changes in field potential. This article reviews the electrophysiological characteristics of hypoxic injury potential, its significance, possible mechanisms and its application in the experiment.
