本文介绍了法国德累斯顿包装研究中心运输包装实验室的有关运输包装材料经验的部分内容。文章中以实例从结构上提出和讨论减少运输损失的措施。在诸多的措施中重要的却要求合理的包装结构。 1.紧贴盒式包装 对自身承载式的货物用紧贴盒式比用一个带“空隙”的包装有利。装非正方体的货物(如瓶、缶)盒子具有最小的尺寸,使它和盒子之间没有空隙,致使包装的货物垂直和平行的包起来。在仓库中用紧贴盒的货堆比用尺寸过大的盒子的货堆安全。后者货堆的压力通过盒壁转校,直至盒子变形力由被包装货物分担。因此在盒壁的一边发生拐点,以致使货堆能够翻倒。
This article describes some of the experience of transport packaging materials at Transport Packaging Labs, Dresden Packaging Research Center, France. The article takes an example to structure and discuss measures to reduce transportation losses. What is important in many measures requires a reasonable packaging structure. 1. Close to the box packaging For its own load-bearing cargo box with a close than with a “gap” of the packaging is beneficial. Non-square goods (such as bottles, 缶) box with the smallest size, so that there is no gap between the box, resulting in the package of goods wrapped vertically and in parallel. It is safer to use stacks close to the stacks in the warehouse than stacks with oversized boxes. So inflection points occur on one side of the box wall so that the stack can tip over.
