目的探索公共卫生产品常态化应用机制,提升公共卫生监测水平。方法计算2015年3月11日-2016年3月29日流感指数不同风险等级的发布次数和预报一致率,评估流感指数的准确度。结果累计发布流感指数55期,其中Ⅰ级8次,Ⅱ级11次,Ⅲ级18次,Ⅳ级18次,预报一致率为70.9%(39/55)。结论流感指数的发布是公共卫生产品常态化应用的成功尝试,具有显著的应用价值。
Objective To explore the mechanism of normalization of public health products and improve the level of public health monitoring. Methods The accuracy of the flu index was evaluated by evaluating the number of issued and forecast consensus of different risk levels of influenza index from March 11, 2015 to March 29, 2016. Results A total of 55 flu-like indices were reported, of which 8 were grade Ⅰ, 11 were grade Ⅱ, 18 were grade Ⅲ and 18 were grade Ⅳ. The consensus rate was 70.9% (39/55). Conclusion The release of influenza index is a successful attempt of the application of public health products, which has a significant application value.
