扦插繁殖是一种具有巨大潜力且被人们长期广泛应用的植物营养繁殖方法。然而,千余年来良种腊梅一直沿用了分株和嫁接等方法,繁殖系数很小。如能研究解决腊梅扦插繁殖的途径,特别是对某些濒临灭绝的名贵珍品腊梅使之繁衍具有很大的意义。基于这种思考,本试验除对良种素心腊梅试行了CME生根剂处理外,主要着重于探求控制腊梅嫩枝和硬枝扦插生根的适宜气象生态环境的研究,现获得了进展,腊梅的扦插繁殖生根成活率达30—53％。 Cutting propagation is a kind of plant nutrition breeding method which has great potential and has been widely used by people for a long time.
