作者利用特异性单克隆抗体通过间接免疫荧光法测定14名乙型肝炎疫苗接受者(8名男性,6名女性,年龄为24~69岁)的周围淋巴细胞亚群.用单克隆抗体T-11、T-4、T_(8A)和B-1分别测定乙型肝炎疫苗接受者的总T细胞、辅助-诱导T细胞(T_4细胞)、抑制-细胞毒T细胞(T_8细胞)及B细胞;用单克隆抗体HNK-1测定自然杀伤(NK)细胞/杀伤(K)细胞.每人肌注乙型肝炎疫苗两次,每次20μg,间隔一个月.结果在第1次肌注后1个月,7人抗-HBs阳转,第2次肌注后12人抗-HBs阳转,
The authors used indirect immunofluorescence to measure peripheral lymphocyte subsets in 14 Hepatitis B vaccine recipients (8 males and 6 females, aged 24-69 years) using specific monoclonal antibodies using the monoclonal antibody T- Total T cells, helper-induced T cells (T_4 cells), suppressor-cytotoxic T cells (T_8 cells) and B cells of hepatitis B vaccine recipients were determined by T-4, T_ ; Natural killer (NK) cells / killer (K) cells were assayed with the monoclonal antibody HNK- 1.
