各省,自治区、直辖市国土资源厅(国土环境资源厅、国土资源和房屋管理局、房屋土地资源管理局、规划和国土资源局): 自1990年实施矿产督察制度以来,全国的督察员队伍配合各级地质矿产主管部门在矿产资源勘查和开发的监督管理中做了大量工作,为保护和合理利用矿产资源作出了贡献。随着矿产资源法律法规的修改和各级管理机关的改革,为了进一步加强对矿产资源保护和合理利用的监督管理,依据矿产资源法律法规的规定,部决定重组矿产督察员队伍。现将有关事项通知如下:
Land and Resources Department of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government (Ministry of Land, Resources and Housing, Land Resources and Housing Administration, Housing and Land Resources Administration, Planning and Land Resources Bureau): Since the implementation of the mineral inspectors system in 1990, The competent geology and mineral resources departments have done a great deal of work in the supervision and management of exploration and development of mineral resources and have made contributions to the protection and rational utilization of mineral resources. With the revision of laws and regulations of mineral resources and the reform of management organs at all levels, the Ministry of Commerce decided to restructure the ranks of mineral inspectors in order to further strengthen the supervision and management of the protection and rational utilization of mineral resources according to the provisions of the laws and regulations on mineral resources. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
