半刚性基层材料的收缩开裂极大地影响了路面的使用性能和服役年限。选用裂缝间距和裂缝宽度作为评价裂缝发生几率和裂缝危害性的指标。通过对半刚性基层的收缩开裂力学原理分析,建立了一种半刚性基层的收缩开裂模型,采用文献报道的弹性模量、抗拉强度、收缩系数对路面基层收缩开裂的两个评价指标进行了计算,从计算结果可以看出:采用室内试验计算的结果和实际基层的表现有很大的背离,并分析了原因,提出从设计和施工方面改善抗裂性能的措施。
Shrinkage cracking of semi-rigid base material greatly affects the serviceability and service life of the pavement. Select the crack spacing and crack width as a measure of the probability of occurrence of cracks and crack hazard indicators. By analyzing the shrinkage and cracking mechanics of the semi-rigid base, a shrinkage and cracking model of the semi-rigid base was established. Two indexes of shrinkage and cracking of the base were studied by using the reported elastic modulus, tensile strength and shrinkage coefficient From the calculation results, it can be seen that there is a great departure from the calculation result of the indoor test and the actual performance of the grassroots level, and the reasons are analyzed. Measures to improve the crack resistance in terms of design and construction are put forward.
