1982~1995年用~32P示踪法、盆栽和田间试验等手段进行研究.结果表明:olsen法、Bray-Ⅰ和Bray-Ⅱ法测值均与A_p值呈极显著相关,尤以olsen法测值与无磷区玉米吸磷量和相对产量相关最密切;校验结果,对应于玉米相对产量<75%,75~85%,85~95%和>95%的olsen法测值为<1,1~6,6~20和>20ppm-P,此即草甸土供磷水平的极低、中、高的丰缺指标.按17个效应函数计算最佳施磷量为3.25~5.6公斤P_2O_5/亩(1984)和2.0~5.2公斤P_2O_5/亩(1985),每公斤P_2O_5增产玉米4.7~24.6公斤.
The results of olsen method, Bray-Ⅰ and Bray-Ⅱ method showed significant correlation with A_p value between 1982 and 1995. The results of olsen method, The value of phosphorus was most closely related to the phosphorus uptake and the relative yield of phosphorus-free corn. The results of the olsen test, corresponding to the relative yield of corn <75%, 75-85%, 85-95% and> 95%, were <1 , 1 ~ 6, 6 ~ 20 and> 20ppm-P, which is the indicator of extremely low, medium and high abundance and deficiency of phosphorus supply for meadow soil, and the optimal phosphorus application amount was 3.25 ~ 5.6kg P_2O_5 / mu (1984) and 2.0 ~ 5.2 kg P_2O_5 / mu (1985), yielding 4.7-24.6 kg of corn per kg P_2O_5.
