强感光型的光敏感雄性不育(Pms)水稻农垦58_s与早熟粳稻杂交,F_2群体有约0.09%的植株表现完全败育和Pms。这些植株的F_4家系雄性败育水平依然分离,其中仅一个株系表现雄性不肯彻底。继之对其感光性进行选择后,笔者选育出C4O7_s。它兼有穗分化对光周期不敏感及雄性育性对光周期敏感的双重特点。 研究结果表明,Pms性状向弱感光性粳稻的转育是可行的。
Strong sensitive light-sensitive male-sterile (Pms) rice Nongken 58_s was crossed with early-maturing japonica rice, and about 0.09% of F2 plants showed complete abortion and Pms. The male sterility of F_4 pedigrees in these plants remained segregated, of which only one male strain was unfeasible. Followed by the selection of its sensitivity, I bred C4O7_s. It has the dual characteristics that ear differentiation is not sensitive to photoperiod and male fertility is sensitive to photoperiod. The results showed that the transfer of Pms to weakly sensitive japonica rice was feasible.
