目的探究Gpx基因多态性与克山病患者血硒、Gpx-1酶活性的关系。方法 30例克山病患者,作为观察组;并将同期体检的30例健康人作为对照组。对两组的血硒、Gpx-1酶活性以及Gpx基因多态性进行检测,探究其相关性。结果经检测,血硒范围为0.02~0.13μg/ml,Gpx-1酶活性在47.9~172.5U/g·Hh,且Gpx-1酶活性与血硒呈现出明显的正相关关系(P<0.05),Gpx基因多态性与血硒以及结Gpx-1酶活性有一定的关联性,血硒水平与Gpx基因多态性两者有剂量依赖负相关关系。结论 Gpx-1酶活性的降低很大程度上与低硒、Gpx基因多态性有关,Gpx基因多态性、低硒两者相互作用,能够增加克山病患者的发病风险。
Objective To investigate the relationship between Gpx gene polymorphism and serum selenium and Gpx-1 enzyme activity in patients with Keshan disease. Methods Thirty patients with Keshan disease were selected as the observation group. Thirty healthy subjects were selected as the control group. The blood selenium, Gpx-1 enzyme activity and Gpx gene polymorphism were detected in two groups to explore the correlation. Results The blood selenium ranged from 0.02 to 0.13 μg / ml, the activity of Gpx-1 was between 47.9 and 172.5 U / g · Hh, and the activity of Gpx-1 showed a significant positive correlation with blood selenium (P <0.05 ), Gpx gene polymorphism and blood selenium and knot Gpx-1 enzyme activity have certain relevance, blood selenium level and Gpx gene polymorphism both have a dose-dependent negative correlation. Conclusion The decrease of Gpx-1 enzyme activity is closely related to the gene of low selenium and Gpx gene. The interaction of Gpx gene polymorphism and selenium can increase the risk of Keshan disease.
