高效液力偶合器额定工况无滑差的特点,使大功率(> 300 k W )液力偶合器发热问题得到根本解决。就其设计方法进行分析,提出了斗轮及斗叶数的确定方法,并通过样机试验了解该偶合器的特性。
High-performance fluid coupling rated conditions of non-slip features, so that high-power (> 300 k W) fluid coupling heat problems have been fundamentally resolved. Based on the analysis of its design method, the method of determining bucket wheel and bucket leaf number is put forward and the characteristics of the coupler are learned through prototype test.
