我镇朗江台区岩拥头支线采用三相四线制供电，可网改刚好一年时，这条线路出现供电极不正常现象，单相电动机根本不能启动，电灯有的暗红不能照明，有些过亮一会儿就烧坏了，负荷轻时电灯又恢复正常，可单相电机还是不能启动。除了这条线路以外，其余线路供电都很正常。供电所?
