GW070401能源作物合欢(Albizzia julibrissin,一名“马缨花”)中糖苷类黄酮的辨别和量化.LAUCS,CAR-RIER DJ,BEITLE R R,et al.Bioresource Technology,2007,98(2):429-435.氧基吸光度(ORAC)值表明,合欢叶子的甲醇类提取物具有抗氧化剂活性。作者用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)和质谱法(MS)对这类提取物进行了识别,表明在合欢叶子甲醇类提取物中含有3种化合物:一种未知的栎精衍生物,质量为610 Da;过氧化物(栎精-3-O-半乳糖苷);栎苷(栎精-3-O-鼠李糖苷)。作者用快速高效液相色谱法(FPLC)把合欢叶子甲醇类提取物分成各种类黄酮成分,并按质量及其对总ORAC值的贡献对这些类黄酮组分进行了量化。栎精糖苷占整个叶子的2.0%。

Oxygen absorbance (ORAC) values indicate that methanolic extracts of Acacia leaves have anti-oxidant activity. The authors identified these extracts using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and mass spectrometry (MS), indicating that there are three compounds in the methanolic extract of Acacia leaves: an unknown derivative of quercetin of mass 610 Da; Peroxides (Quercetin-3-O-galactoside); Quercetin (Quercetin-3-O-Rhamnoside). The authors used rapid HPLC (HPLC) to classify the methanolic extracts of Acacia leaves into various flavonoid components and quantified these flavonoid components by their mass and their contribution to the total ORAC value. Quercitin constitutes 2.0% of the entire leaf.
