目的对不同材料治疗牙体楔状缺损的应用效果进行对照观察和评估。方法 80例(80颗)牙体楔状缺损患者,按照数字抽签法分成实验组和对照组,每组40例(40颗)。实验组患者采取3M-Vitremer TM光固化玻璃离子水门汀充填修复,对照组患者采取Dyract AP复合体充填修复,治疗结束后,对比分析两种修复材料的治疗效果。结果经随访发现,两组患者修复6个月后的修复成功率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);修复12、18个月后,实验组患者的修复成功率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论牙体楔状缺损应用3M-Vitremer TM光固化玻璃离子水门汀充填修复的效果优于Dyract AP复合体充填修复,且其能有效确保患者的远期成功率,值得推广应用于临床中。
Objective To compare and evaluate the effect of different materials in treating dental wedge-shaped defects. Methods Eighty (80) cases of dental wedge defect were divided into experimental group and control group according to digital lottery method, 40 cases in each group. The patients in the experimental group were treated with 3M-Vitremer TM light-cured glass ionomer cement and the control group were treated with Dyract AP complex. After treatment, the therapeutic effects of the two materials were compared. Results After follow-up, there was no significant difference in the success rate of repair between the two groups after 6 months of repair (P> 0.05). After 12 and 18 months of repair, the success rate of repair in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group Statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of 3M-Vitremer TM light-cured glass ionomer cement in dental wedge-shaped defect filling is better than that of Dyract AP composite in filling and repairing, and it can effectively ensure the long-term success rate of patients. It is worth popularizing in the clinical application.
